บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริม กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 323 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบไปด้วย ความรู้และความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ทัศนคติต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การเข้าถึงแหล่งชื้อขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ สิ่งสนับสนุนทางสังคมและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.88 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{x}$ = 3.85, S.D. = 0.88) ปัจจัยนำ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (r = .27, p = < .01) ปัจจัยเอื้อมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรม การป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (r = .24, p = < .01 ) และปัจจัยเสริมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรม การป้องกันตนเองจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (r = .35, p = < .01) จากผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์สามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นกลยุทธ์เสริมสร้างทัศนคติที่ถูกต้อง การรับรู้ผลกระทบจากการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เพื่อพัฒนาและดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับนักศึกษาต่อไป
