ผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และ ทักษะการดูแลของเด็กวัยเรียนที่ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ

การส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในครอบครัวระหว่างผู้สูงอายุและเด็กวัยเรียนมีความจำเป็นต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุจึงมีความสำคัญเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการดูแลของเด็กวัยเรียนสำหรับดูแลผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบกึ่งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และ ทักษะการดูแลของเด็กวัยเรียนที่ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนบ้านสร้างแก้ว อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 60 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่ายและแบ่งเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามความรู้ ทัศนคติและทักษะการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และ 2) โปรแกรมการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เครื่องมือตรวจสอบความตรงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบวัดความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เท่ากับ 0.73, 0.71 และ 0.77 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติค่าทีคู่ และค่าทีอิสระ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ และทักษะการดูแลในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในขณะเดียวกันค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยทัศนคติในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนสำหรับเด็กวัยเรียนช่วยส่งเสริมความรู้ ทัศนคติและทักษะการดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้ ดังนั้นบุคคลที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุควรนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กวัยเรียนในพื้นที่ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถช่วยดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่บ้านต่อไป
