บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติการงานและระดับสมรรถนะอสม 4.0 และศึกษาสมรรถนะ อสม 4.0 ด้านความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การมีจิตอาสา และการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสุขภาพ ที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติการงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลราชาเทวะ อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 164 คน ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 - 1.00 ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เท่ากับ 0.97 ความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เท่ากับ 0.92 การมีจิตอาสา เท่ากับ 0.91 การเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสุขภาพ เท่ากับ 0.89 ความรู้ของสุขภาพใช้ค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.820 ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise

ผลการศึกษา พบว่าอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลราชาเทวะ อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีระดับการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{X}$ = 3.68, S.D. = 0.38) เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า สมรรถนะอสม 4.0 ด้านความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ( $\bar{X}$ = 3.47, S.D. = 0.70) ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสุขภาพ ( $\bar{X}$ = 3.77, S.D. = 0.54) ด้านการมีจิตอาสาอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.00, S.D. = 0.43) ส่วนความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.6 (18 - 22 คะแนน) และตัวแปรที่ส่งผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมากที่สุดคือการมีจิตอาสา รองลงมาคือ การเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสุขภาพความสามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ตามลำดับ (b=0.222, b=0.209, b=0.102, b=-0.029 ตามลำดับ) ซึ่งตัวแปรสมรรถนะ อสม 4.0 สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรตัวแปรการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านได้ร้อยละ 26.90 จากข้อค้นพบ

การวิจัยโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลราชาเทวะ และประธานอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านตำบลราชาเทวะ สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพัฒนาสมรรถนะอสม. 4.0 ให้มากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องทุกด้าน โดยเฉพาะด้านการมีจิตอาสา
