การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาวัดควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาวัดควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้นำชุมชนที่มีตำแหน่งและบทบาทในชุมชนที่แตกต่างกัน จำนวน 10 คน และพระสงฆ์จากวัดในชุมชนที่แตกต่างกัน คือ ชุมชนเมือง ชุมชนชนบท และชุมชนกึ่งเมืองกึ่งชนบท จำนวน 10 รูป เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาวัดควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน สามารถสรุปได้เป็น 4 ประเด็นดังนี้ (1) การพัฒนาศักยภาพของ “พระสงฆ์”ในการควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ของคนในชุมชน (2) การพัฒนาพื้นที่ “วัด”และพื้นที่รอบวัด ให้เอื้อและเหมาะสมต่อการควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ของคนในชุมชน (3) การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมทางศาสนาให้สอดคล้องกับการควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ของคนในชุมชน (4) การพัฒนาภาคีเครือข่ายที่มีอยู่เดิม และการสร้างภาคีเครือข่ายใหม่กับหน่วยงานราชการ โรงเรียน สถานบริการสุขภาพ ผู้นำชุมชน และคนในชุมชนเพื่อดำเนินงานในการควบคุมการบริโภคบุหรี่และแอลกอฮอล์ของคนในชุมชน
