บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional analytical research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรีย พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรีย และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรีย และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียของประชาชนพื้นที่เสี่ยง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนในพื้นที่เสี่ยงของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 385 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่มและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติ Multiple logistic regression ด้วย วิธี Enter
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียในระดับไม่เพียงพอ ร้อยละ 89.1 และมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียในระดับไม่เหมาะสม ร้อยละ 70.9 เมื่อควบคุมอิทธิพลของตัวแปรอื่นแล้ว พบว่า ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรีย มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรีย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.00 1) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียในระดับเพียงพอ จะมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียในระดับที่เหมาะสมมากกว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคมาลาเรียในระดับไม่เพียงพอ ถึง 4.095 เท่า (95% CI = 2.067-8.115)
