The Three Principles: Secret to Mental Health

This article provides an overview of the Three Principles, which propose that human experience and reality are co-created via the interaction of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. The authors explain how comprehension of the Three Principles can help to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance resilience, and promote positive relationships. In addition, the article examines traditional binary diagnostic approaches and their impact on the therapeutic process, putting forward the benefits of a holistic approach that emphsises personalised needs and the application of technological
advancements to make mental health services more accessible. The authors also present a case study of a counseling service that implemented the Three Principles framework. The article concludes by discussing the implications for healthcare workers to maintain health mental, promote psychological education for clients, and design applicable interventions.
