บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์ภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดัง 2) ค่าการลดทอนเสียงส่วนบุคคล (Personal Attenuation Rating: PAR) 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังและค่า PAR ผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยเป็นพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตของโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 120 คน เก็บข้อมูลในเดือนกรกฎาคม ถึง สิงหาคม 2568 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดัง และชุดเครื่องทดสอบความแนบกระชับของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยลอจิสติกทวินาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายร้อยละ 87.5 ช่วงอายุ 30-39 ปี ร้อยละ 43.3 โดยสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังเมื่อทำงานรับสัมผัสเสียงดังเป็นประจำร้อยละ 81.7 มีพนักงานเพียงร้อยละ 22.5 ที่เก็บรักษาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังอย่างถูกวิธี มีค่ามัธยฐานของค่า PAR 17 เดซิเบล (IQR(Q1-Q3)=9(11-20)) พนักงานร้อยละ 81.7 มีค่า PAR มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับค่าการลดทอนเสียงส่วนบุคคลเป้าหมาย (Target PAR) โดยพนักงานที่ไม่ได้สวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังอย่างแนบกระชับเป็นประจำมีความเสี่ยงต่อการมีค่า PAR ต่ำกว่า Target PAR เป็น 4.28 เท่าของพนักงานที่สวมใส่อย่างแนบกระชับเป็นประจำ (AOR=4.28, 95% CI: 1.53-11.95) อย่างไรก็ตามพนักงานร้อยละ 18.3 มีค่า PAR น้อยกว่า Target PAR ซึ่งอาจทำให้รับสัมผัสเสียงดังและเกิดโรคประสาทหูเสื่อมในระยะยาว ดังนั้นสถานประกอบการควรเน้นย้ำการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังอย่างถูกวิธีและจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดัง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรกำหนดนโยบายการตรวจวัดความแนบกระชับของอุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงดังเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการรับสัมผัสเสียงดังในการทำงาน
