Multinational Enterprise in the Globalization Era

Abstract

          Multinational corporations are importance and have influence on political systems in foreign country , particularly in developing countries where the economy is not certain., the governments  are trying to maintain  and  control  their  economy.  Multination corporations will bring in capital, technology, and know-how that are keys to affecting people & behavior and thoughts, including the country & political system and its community.

          Multinational  enterprises  have  research  centers, many production locations  and  marketing  around  the  world.  There is  information exchange in marketing exchange in marketing-research,  technical  research. Production programming,and  marketing  programming  between the  headquarters and  its  branches  and  among  the  companies. Therefore in multinational  enterprises have to  set up information strategy  systems  to  gather  information inside and outside the organization. The  important activity for on MNE  is to  seek  information in order to gain business opportunities   and  to  operate  efficiency.

          The  outstanding  feature  of  MNE  on  system is its growth and ability to pass on information, knowledge,  and  knowhow  among  its  branches at the provincial level and the world level while   the management in headquarter is trying to  develop the MNEs operating system, the manager is an  expertise on the products in the world market.  Thus the MNEs become more advanced in   production. marketing financing research and  developing management.
