Factors Affecting the Behavior of Internet Addiction

Abstract

          The purpose of this research were 1) To study a personal characteristics and factors affecting the Behavior of Internet Addiction 2) To study the behavior of using internet and online social network. The research sample consisted of 260students in bachelor degree of Thai program of Asia-Pacific International University. A survey questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection. Data Analysis used statistical application. Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, T-test, and One - way ANOVA were used for data analysis. If the difference is statistically significant. Therefore tested Differences in pairs with the Scheffe'Method. The results of the analysis showed that overall student behavior in using internet is themediumlevel. Male and female have behavior of using internet is no different but male self-control behavior and problem with social relations in family and othersmorethan female.Frequency of using internet per week affects to self-control. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) and residences associated with social relationships and family relationship.
