The Development Integrative Health and Cultural Tourism Routing Program in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

           This research aimed to study the travel program routing in integrative health and cultural tourismin Nakhon Pathom province and the tourists satisfaction toward travel program routing in integrative health and cultural tourism in Nakhon Pathom by interviewed the specialists about the attractions in Nakhon Pathom related to the potential of health  and cultural tourism attractions and activities in health  and cultural tourism attractions as well as survey the satisfaction tourist in using pilot program of travel program routing in integrative health and cultural tourism in Nakhon Pathom province. The research tools to collect the information for qualitative research were observation, interview, field survey. The research tools to collect the information for quasi-experimental research are satisfaction evaluation form toward the pilot program of travel program routing in integrative health and cultural tourismand descriptive analyze for the data.     

           The study found that health  and cultural tourism attractions where were the sample  group agreed as the most famous attraction which analyze as frequency rate from the selection which are 5 health tourism attractions arePern Hospital ,Chetawan Health Center ,Thai Traditional Medical Center,Whale Suana and Spa, Dorntoom Hospital. There are 5 cultural tourism attractions are PhraPathomChedi, Sanam Chan Palace, Sampran Riverside, Rai Khing Temple and Phra Prathon Chedi. The researcher combines travel program routing of health and cultural tourism for 2 routes. First route, Phra Pathom Chedi- Phra Prathon Chedi- Pern Hospital.Second route, Sampran Riverside - Whale Suana and Spa- PhraPathomChedi. The result of the satisfaction survey of travel routing program of health and cultural tourism show that the tourists are satisfy the second route more than the first route which the satisfaction rate of the second route equal 4.51 which is the most satisfied.
