The Development in Accounting System for Community Enterprise in Nakhon Chaisi District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

          This research aimed to study 1) study data and require to use accounting information of the community enterprise in Nakhon Chaisi District, Nakhon Pathom Province 2) the development of accounting system by  through the internet for community enterprise in Nakhon Chaisi District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research methodology was divided into 2 phases: I) gathering data, analyzing, and designing the accounting system, and II) installing the accounting system, testing, and assessing the system by the community enterprise as a part of the program improvement.

          The results of the research found that 1) the treasurer is responsible for bookkeeping and submit to the chairman of community enterprise to consider, approve and acknowledge 2) The community enterprise has make receive  and expense accounting and summarize receive and expense accounting at the end of the month. However, there were 2 problems we have found in this research; 1) the treasurer doesn't have enough the bookkeeping knowledge 2) the accounting system does not cover in all operations of the community enterprise. Therefore, researcher had designed and developed the accounting system for the community enterprise by using Adobe Dreamweaver Program and AppServe Program in terms of formulating the accounting system for the community enterprise. The accounting systems from this research are; 1) Purchases System 2) Sales System  3) Cash Receipt and Payment System 4) General Accounting System and 5) Inventory System.
