Factors Predicting Usage of Cultural Health for Health Promotion of People at Li Watershed in Lumphun Province
Abstract
The objective of this study were investigated knowledge, attitude, cultural health encourage using and factors predicting cultural health encourage using of Li,s citizen. The study was designed by descriptive research. The number of sample size was 321 household and 49 stakeholders lived in Li watershed. Data collected by questionnaires, in depth interview and focus group. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis
The results indicated that the relationship aspect of cultural health in the knowledge, attitude and practice were on the modulate level (62.5 %, = 2.27 SD = 0.66, 2.00 SD = 0.63, respectively). The relationship between these age, knowledge and attitude had a significant at the 0.05 with cultural health encourage using (p - value 0.014, 0.000 and 0.000,respectively). The policy recommendations for cultural health utility wascitizen should establish the participation process, applied to the health care planning and promote community learning source promotion under community rules on the concept of cultural health, which will affect the development of cultural health knowledge.
