The Components of Corporate Entrepreneurship of Rubber-wood Businesses in Thailand

The objectives of this research were determine the components of corporate entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand and to test the validity of factor analysis of corporate entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand with the empirical data. Samples were 267 entrepreneurs of rubber-wood companies in Thailand. Simple random sampling was used for sample selection. Two research tools used in this research were the structured in-depth interview and 5 rating-scale questionnaire concerning the components of entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand. The reliability of questionnaire shown in form of an alpha coefficient was .961. Frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis were used for data analysis.
Finding sindicated that 6 components of corporate entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand were found, in factor loading order, as follows; (1) Innovativeness, factor loading =.96, (2) Market orientation, factor loading =.88, (3) Rewards and rein for cement, factor loading =.87, (4) Management support for entrepreneurship and risk taking, factor loading =.82, (5) Work discretion or autonomy, factor loading =.78, and (6) Competitive Aggressiveness, factor loading =.61. The validity test results of confirmatory factor analysis of entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand with the empirical data were founded that Chi-square (2) =996.991, df =656, 2/df (CMIN/DF)=1.520, RMR =.050, RMSEA =.044, GFI = .841, AGFI = .802, TLI = .928 and CFI = .940. It would be confirmed that factor model of entrepreneurship of rubber-wood businesses in Thailand was significantly valid with the empirical data.
