The Development of Management System for Excellence of Small School under The Church of Christ in Thailand

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to build the Management System for Excellence of Small school under The Church of Christ in Thailand.  The research required three steps as followed ; Step 1 : search and study academic documents and relevant researchers to design a draft of interview form for collecting data related to the excellence management system. After that, the drafted interview form was reviewed and edited for accuracy by five experts; Step 2 : the interview forms were used for data collection, applied to collect data and interview 17 experts, then the collected data was analyzed and   synthesized to build the interview forms in firstdelphi with data collection form the experts; and Step 3 : the data collected form the interview form of the first delphi was analyzed and computed to find median and quartile range for second delphi, then the interview form were brought to interview the original expert group.  After that, the collected data was analyzed to find median and quartile range.

          The research found that there were seven aspects for the Management System for Excellence of Small school under The Church of Christ in Thailand according to the Education Criteria, of which the aspects were as followed ; Aspect 1 : Leadership ; 19 items, Aspect 2 : Strategy ; 23 items,  Aspect 3:  Customer Focus ; 13 items, Aspect 4 : Measurement and Analysis ; 15 items, Aspect 5 : Personnel ; 20 items, Aspect 6 : Operating System ; 14 items, Aspect 7 : Results; 28 itmes. These seven aspects had entirely mean score at high level.
