โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมตามแผนและคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการของพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการในคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ประเทศไทย

การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมตามแผน คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการของพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการ รวมทั้งทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลผู้ประกอบการในคลินิกการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ จำนวน 364 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วนใน 13 เขตสุขภาพ ร่วมกับการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทั่วไป พฤติกรรมตามแผน คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการ แบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบยืนยัน และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค รายด้านอยู่ระหว่าง .81–.89 โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นรวม .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมตามแผน (M = 4.39, SD = .41) คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (M = 4.02, SD = .48) และความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (M = 4.45, SD = .51) อยู่ในระดับมาก โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ² = 16.591, p = .084, CMIN/df = 1.659, GFI = 0.989, AGFI= 0.960, CFI = 0.994, RMSEA = 0.043) พฤติกรรมตามแผนมีอิทธิพลทางตรง (β = .53, p < .001) และทางอ้อม (β = .15, p < .05) ต่อความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ่านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า การเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมตามแผนและการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของการเป็นผู้ประกอบการมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความตั้งใจเป็นผู้ประกอบการของพยาบาล
