บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้ดูแลหลักผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีพฤติกรรมรุนแรง
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความของ Heidegger (1962)
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือ ผู้ดูแลหลักที่มีประสบการณ์อยู่ร่วมในเหตุการณ์ขณะผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีพฤติกรรมรุนแรง และก่อเหตุซ้ำ 3 ครั้งขึ้นไปภายใน 1 ปี จำนวน 16 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ยุติเมื่อข้อมูลมีความอิ่มตัว ร่วมกับการสังเกต จดบันทึก และการบันทึกเทป นำมาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวงเวียนการตีความของ Van Manen (1990)
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) มีชีวิตอยู่ได้ด้วยความอดทน 2) ผลกระทบ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยต่อชีวิตของผู้ดูแลหลัก 3) ปรับตัวให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันได้ และ 4) การจัดการต่อพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วย
สรุป: ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ทำให้เข้าใจในประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้ดูแลหลักผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีพฤติกรรมรุนแรงอย่างลึกซึ้งขึ้น และเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการสนับสนุนผู้ดูแลหลักให้สามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามสภาพบริบทของสังคมไทย
