บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดแบบไร้รอยต่อ: กรณีศึกษาพยาบาลเขตสุขภาพที่ 12

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา

วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย : กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ และหลอดเลือดไร้รอยต่อเขต 12 จำนวน 40 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการพยาบาลตามบทบาทหน้าที่ ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจไร้รอยต่อของ สมาคมพยาบาลโรคหัวใจ และทรวงอก (ประเทศไทย) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และสมรรถนะการพยาบาลตามบทบาทหน้าที่โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการศึกษา : สมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ และ หลอดเลือดแบบไร้รอยต่อมีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลางทุกด้านตามลำดับดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในด้าน การประเมินผู้ป่วย 2. ความสามารถในด้านการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ 3. ความสามารถด้านปฏิบัติการ ช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพ (CPR) 4.ความสามารถการบริหารยาผู้ป่วย และ 5. ความสามารถด้านการให้การพยาบาล และช่วยทำหัตถการในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ และหลอดเลือดแบบไร้รอยต่อ

สรุป: สมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ และหลอดเลือด แบบไร้รอยต่อมีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลางทั้งรายด้านและรวมทั้งหมด
