บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนแบบบูรณาการต่อการทำหน้าที่ทางสังคมของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทเรื้อรังที่เข้ารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดและเข้ารับการรักษาแผนกผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนแบบบูรณาการ 2) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการทำหน้าที่ทางสังคม 4) แบบวัดการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการจัดการอาการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที

ผลการศึกษา: การทำหน้าที่ทางสังคมของกลุ่มทดลองหลังรับโปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนแบบบูรณาการสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และการทำหน้าที่ทางสังคมของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

สรุป: บุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรนำรูปแบบของโปรแกรมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนแบบบูรณาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำหน้าที่ทางสังคมเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ป่วยกลับสู่ชุมชน
