Roles and duties of article reviewers
1. Evaluate the assigned articles, and it is a matter that is in line with your own expertise, considering the quality of the article as important. Do not use personal opinions without supporting information as a criterion for judging articles.
2. The confidentiality of the articles being evaluated must be maintained to unrelated parties.
3. Consideration of the work must not have a conflict of interest with the author or other reasons that make it impossible to express opinions freely. The article evaluator must notify the journal editor and reject the evaluation of the article.
4. If the article reviewer finds that the evaluated article has any parts that are similar or duplication with other people's work, report to the editor immediately.
Roles, duties, and responsibilities of the author
1. Articles submitted for publication must be original and novel, never published anywhere before. And there must be no overlapping publication submissions while the consideration process is in progress or after accepting publication from the journal.
2. The content of the article must be report of fact results, not distorted information or false information.
3. There is a document certifying the ethics of research on humans or experimental animals from the research ethics institute.
4. You must cite the work of others if you use that work in your own research or article and must provide the cited references at the end of every article.
5. Statements or articles in this journal are the opinions of all authors who will be jointly responsible for information that is released to the public.
6. Authors must write articles according to the format specified by the journal.
Roles, duties, and responsibilities of journal editors
1. To supervise and control the quality of the journal to meet the objectives and scope of the journal content.
2. To consider checking and selecting articles for publication in the journal, by considering the academic works which are consistent with the journal's objectives; to improve and develop the journal to meet standards.
3. To consider selecting experts who will consider the quality of the published work, verify the correctness of the work after making revision according to the recommendations of experts, or withdraw the work after going through the article evaluation process. Acceptance for publication must be done by considering the importance of the work under equality, no conflict of interest, and a new work that has not been published anywhere before.
4. If the editor has questions about the work, contact the author for clarification or additional evidence by focusing on freedom in expressing opinions on various details of the work.
5. Use academic reasoning to consider articles without bias towards the article and author in terms of race, gender, religion, culture, politics, and author’s affiliation.
6. Author's information and the reviewers of the articles will be kept secret throughout the reviewing period.
