Holistic Psychology
Abstract
Holistic Psychology is a concept of Alfred Adler for which a person’s consciousness is
an integration of the mind-body-social and spirit. Holistic approach to understand the elements
that are important to the person. Process-based counseling is to raise awareness of energy to
empower people finding the natural strengths or good things that the person exists, create
hope and build a good relationship with society.
