บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและใช้แนวปฏิบัติการดูแลครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กในระยะการดูแลช่วยเหลือเยียวยาหลังการสูญเสีย ตัวอย่าง คือ ครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กระยะประคับประคองที่เสียชีวิต ที่เข้าสู่ระบบการดูแลแบบประคับประคอง งานการพยาบาลกุมารเวชศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 43 คน เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แนวปฏิบัติการดูแลครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กในระยะการดูแลช่วยเหลือเยียวยาหลังการสูญเสีย แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าจากสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติทดสอบ Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวปฏิบัติการดูแลครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กในระยะการดูแลช่วยเหลือเยียวยาหลังการสูญเสีย มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .87 - 1.00 ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ทางคลินิกจนเกิดผลลัพธ์ตามที่คาดหวัง 2) การติดตามภาวะซึมเศร้าของครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กภายหลังการสูญเสียที่ได้รับแนวปฏิบัติสัปดาห์ที่ 2 สัปดาห์ที่ 6 และเดือนที่ 6 ลดลง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (Mdn_{สัปดาห์ที่ 2} = 4.00, Mdn_{สัปดาห์ที่ 6} = 3.00 และ Mdn_{เดือนที่ 6}= 1.00, ตามลำดับ; p = .000) และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กภายหลังการสูญเสียที่ได้รับแนวปฏิบัติการดูแลครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยเด็กในระยะการดูแลช่วยเหลือเยียวยาหลังการสูญเสียเป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.72, SD = .29)
