บทคัดย่อ

ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยาในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว เป็นสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมของผู้ป่วยที่แสดงออกถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับประทานยากับคำแนะนำที่ได้รับจากบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ตามแนวคิดของฮอร์น ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยา ประกอบด้วย 2 ความเชื่อหลัก คือ 1) ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยาแบบจำเพาะ ประกอบด้วย ความเชื่อเฉพาะด้านการรับรู้ความจำเป็นต่อการรับประทานยา ซึ่งเป็นความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับความจำเป็นและประสิทธิภาพของยา และความเชื่อเฉพาะด้านความกังวลจากการรับประทานยาซึ่งเป็นความกังวลเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบที่เป็นอันตรายของยา และ 2) ความเชื่อแบบทั่วไป ประกอบด้วย ความเชื่อทั่วไปด้านการใช้ยามากเกินไป ซึ่งเป็นความเชื่อว่ายาโดยทั่วไปนั้น ถูกใช้มากเกินไปจากแผนการรักษาของแพทย์ และความเชื่อทั่วไปด้านอันตรายจากการรับประทานยา ทั้งนี้ การรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เนื่องจากช่วยควบคุมอาการและอาการแสดง และความรุนแรงของโรค หากผู้ป่วยมีความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยาร่วมกับการกำกับตนเองด้านสุขภาพและความเจ็บป่วย จะสามารถดูแลตนเองให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีได้ ดังนั้น บทบาทของพยาบาลที่สำคัญ คือ การส่งเสริมความรู้เรื่องโรค ความจำเป็นต่อการรับประทานยาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่เหมาะสม
