โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนักเรียนต่อการป้องกันภาวะสายตาสั้นในโรงเรียนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

ภาวะสายตาสั้นเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่สำคัญในเด็กวัยเรียน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ พฤติกรรมและทักษะการตรวจวัดระดับสายตา ตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 64 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ กลุ่มละ 32 คน โปรแกรมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย การดูวีดิทัศน์ กิจกรรมกลุ่ม การเรียนรู้โดยใช้เกม กรณีศึกษา และฝึกทักษะการตรวจวัดระดับสายตา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลก่อนการทดลอง ภายหลังการทดลอง และระยะติดตามผล โดยใช้แบบวัดความรู้เรื่องสายตาสั้น แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันภาวะสายตาสั้น แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะสายตาสั้น และแบบวัดทักษะการตรวจวัดระดับสายตา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .78, .71, .73 และ 1.00 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย Independent t-test และ Repeated measure ANOVA
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภายหลังการทดลองและระยะติดตามผล กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ ทัศนคติ พฤติกรรม และทักษะการตรวจวัดระดับสายตาสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองและสูงกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ซึ่งภายในกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เรื่องสายตาสั้น ทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันภาวะสายตาสั้น พฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะสายตาสั้น และทักษะการตรวจวัดระดับสายตา แตกต่างกันในแต่ละช่วงเวลา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) และเพิ่มมากขึ้นมากที่สุดในช่วงหลังการทดลองและลดลงเล็กน้อยในระยะติดตามผล
ดังนั้น ครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางสุขภาพสามารถนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับกลุ่มนักเรียนและพัฒนา
ต่อยอดให้มีแกนนำนักเรียนในการดูแลสุขภาพของดวงตาสำหรับเด็กวัยเรียนต่อไป
