บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลศรีสังวาลย์ และ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลขององค์ประกอบการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพต่อความสำเร็จของการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพ ตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ พนักงานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และลูกจ้างประจำ โรงพยาบาลศรีสังวาลย์ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพและแบบสอบถามความสำเร็จของการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์เท่ากับ .67 – 1.00 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .98 และ .95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคุณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลศรีสังวาลย์ ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ การทำงานเป็นทีม การบริหารกลยุทธ์ และภาวะผู้นำ ซึ่งทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสำเร็จของการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลศรีสังวาลย์ได้ร้อยละ 50.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (R = .709, R² = .502, R²_Adjusted = 49.8, p < .05)
