บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (mixed-methods research) เพื่อศึกษาระดับของลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ นครสวรรค์ โดยใช้การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณก่อนเชิงคุณภาพ (sequential explanatory design) เครื่องมือวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไป ลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และเจตคติต่อการเรียนรู้ ส่วนเครื่องมือเชิงคุณภาพเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่ออธิบายและขยายผลเชิงลึก จากข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.08) โดยแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์และเจตคติต่อการเรียนรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .458 และ .255 ตามลำดับ) ในขณะที่ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กับลักษณะดังกล่าว (r = .150) ผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพสะท้อนว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ได้แก่ รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิธีการสอน แหล่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการเรียนรู้ และแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมลักษณะความเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้สูงขึ้นในทุกด้าน
