พฤติกรรมป้องกันการสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกผัก ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 10 ประเทศไทยและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกผัก เป็นอาชีพที่มีความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพจากการใช้สารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืช การวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการป้องกันสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกผักในเขตสุขภาพที่ 10 และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 394 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และชุดตรวจเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเตอเรส วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ ไคว์-สแคว์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุขั้นตอน
ผลวิจัยพบว่า เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกผัก ร้อยละ 77.2 มีพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชระดับสูง ระดับเอนไซม์โคลีนเอสเตอเรสในเลือดพบเสี่ยง ร้อยละ 8.4 และไม่ปลอดภัย ร้อยละ 2.0 ตัวแปรที่ร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้แก่ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เพศ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากเจ้าหน้าที่ และรายได้ โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสัมผัสสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชได้ร้อยละ 51.2 ( p-value < 0.01)
ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนดนโยบายและแนวทางการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและออกแบบโปรแกรมเพื่อสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสำหรับเกษตรกร
