ปัจจัยทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีคุณภาพของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในจังหวัดตราด
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การเตรียมความพร้อมและปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีคุณภาพของบุคลากรสาธารณสุขในจังหวัดตราด จำนวน 256 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามในช่วงวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2564 ถึงวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2565 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์แบบไคสแควร์ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรสาธารณสุขในจังหวัดตราดมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับดีร้อยละ 65.2 รองลงมามีการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 31.7 และมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับน้อยร้อยละ 3.1 โดยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความพร้อมขององค์กร อายุ และการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพในยุค New Normal สามารถร่วมทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีคุณภาพของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข ได้ ร้อยละ 63.6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) ซึ่งแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมสามารถทำนายได้ดีที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นความพร้อมขององค์กร อายุ และการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพในยุค New Normal ตามลำดับ ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนพัฒนาการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อให้บุคลากรสาธารณสุขวัยทำงาน มีการปรับตัวและเตรียมความพร้อมให้สามารถดำเนินชีวิตเมื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีคุณภาพต่อไป
