ความสามารถในการทำงานของคนทำงานที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง

โรคความดันโลหิตสูงมีผลทำให้ความสามารถในการทำงานลดลง การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการทำงานของคนทำงานที่มีอายุ 18-59 ปีที่เข้ารับบริการด้วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งจำนวน 297 คน โดยเลือกสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามกลุ่มอายุ เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามและเวชระเบียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา และการถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คนทำงานที่ป่วยด้วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงมีความสามารถในการทำงานในระดับดีร้อยละ 60.3 ความมีอิสระในการตัดสินใจในงาน สิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพทางกายภาพ ผลสะท้อนกลับจากงาน และความมุ่งมั่นต่องานมากเกินไป สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความสามารถในการทำงานได้ร้อยละ 11.20
จากผลการศึกษานี้พบว่าสิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงานทั้งทางด้านกายภาพ และจิตสังคม มีผลต่อความสามารถในการทำงาน องค์กรจึงควรมีการติดตามประเมินและเฝ้าระวังสิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงานในสถานที่ทำงาน และมีมาตรการป้องกันสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการทำงานให้กับผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ป่วยด้วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง
