พฤติกรรมสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวาน: กรณีศึกษา ประชาชนในชุมชนหมู่บ้านเดอะเลกาซี่การ์เด้นโฮม เทศบาลเมืองสนั่นรักษ์ จ.ปทุมธานี

โรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวานมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว เป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขของหลายประเทศทั่วโลก รวมทั้งประเทศไทย การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคความดันโลหิตสูง และโรคเบาหวานของประชาชนในชุมชนหมู่บ้านเดอะเลกาซี่การ์เด้นโฮม เป็นโครงการที่สอดคล้องกับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคนานาชาติ มีการสร้างพลังอำนาจชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ในชุมชนหมู่บ้านเดอะเลกาซี่การ์เด้นโฮม เทศบาลเมืองสนั่นรักษ์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 78 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบความรู้ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าดัชนีมวลกายปกติ ร้อยละ 50 ระดับความดันโลหิตปกติ ร้อยละ 23.08 และระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดปลายนิ้วอยู่ในระดับปกติเพียงร้อยละ 6.41 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย ( = 0.36, SD = 0.47) ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.81, SD = 1.03) 3) ความรู้กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าระดับความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงมาก (r= 0.925, p < 0.01) จากผลการศึกษานี้ทำให้ได้รับข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์โรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวาน ในชุมชนหมู่บ้านเดอะเลกาซี่การ์เด้นโฮมซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปวางแผนกลยุทธ์ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาโรคแทรกซ้อน และจัดทำโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และป้องกันโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและโรคเบาหวานต่อไป
