การป้องกันมารดาตายเขตสุขภาพที่ 12: รูปแบบสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

การตายของมารดาเป็นดัชนีที่ชี้ให้เห็นถึงภาวะสุขภาพของประชากรหญิงวัยเจริญพันธุ์และระบบบริการด้านสาธารณสุข ปัจจัยกำหนดสุขภาพ (Health Determinants) การดำเนินงานอนามัยแม่และเด็ก ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 12 ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ (Health Literacy) จะถือเป็นการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการทำงานที่ยิ่งใหญ่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการป้องกันมารดาตายเขตสุขภาพที่ 12 ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการบริหารงานสาธารณสุข และมีประสบการณ์ด้านแม่และเด็ก จำนวน 7 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและสรุปประเด็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การป้องกันมารดาตายเขตสุขภาพที่ 12: รูปแบบสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการบริหารงานสาธารณสุขนั้นประกอบด้วยมาตรฐานการดำเนินงาน 9 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) ทิศทางการนำ 2) การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ 3) ทรัพยากรบุคคล 4) มาตรฐานการดำเนินงาน 5) การจัดการความเสี่ยงและการออกแบบระบบที่สำคัญ 6) เชิงรุกและภาคีเครือข่าย 7) ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ 8) การจัดการความรู้/ Health Literacy และ 9) ผลลัพธ์และกระบวนการพัฒนา ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานเพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพมาตรฐาน จากผลการศึกษาทำให้ได้รูปแบบการป้องกันมารดาตายเขตสุขภาพที่ 12 ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพื่อพัฒนาการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลและเครือข่ายในการดูแลมารดาตั้งครรภ์และป้องกันมารดาตายให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
