ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเมืองพัทยา

พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบทั้งต่อสังคม และประเทศชาติโดยเฉพาะในวัยรุ่นหญิง การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเมืองพัทยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนหญิงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ซึ่งได้มาด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 230 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ 3) แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว 4) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของกลุ่มเพื่อน 5)แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงสถานบันเทิง 6) แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงสื่อกระตุ้นทางเพศ และ 7) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2559 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด (M=1.47, S.D.= .47) และปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทั้งหมด 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ การเข้าถึงสื่อกระตุ้นทางเพศ (b= .474) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (b= -.165) ทัศนคติพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ (b= -.164) และการรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของกลุ่มเพื่อน (b= .167) โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศได้ร้อยละ 42.5 (R2 = .425, p< .001)
จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่เกี่ยวข้องในสถานศึกษาควรนำผลวิจัยไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนากิจกรรม/ โปรแกรมเพื่อลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในนักเรียน โดยเน้นเรื่องการเข้าถึงสื่อกระตุ้นทางเพศ ทัศนคติพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศและการรับรู้พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของกลุ่มเพื่อน
