ความชุกและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่น

การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อมารดา ทารก และครอบครัวทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจและความยากลำบากในการเลี้ยงดูทารก การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำของมารดาวัยรุ่น เก็บข้อมูลจากหญิงตั้งครรภ์อายุไม่เกิน 20 ปี จำนวน 202 คน ที่เข้ารับบริการแผนกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี โดยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าและคัดออก เก็บรวบรวมโดยใช้แบบสอบถามโดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติ Chi-square
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นมีการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำคิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.71 และพบว่าปัจจัยด้านอายุ อายุเมื่อตั้งครรภ์แรก ระดับการศึกษา อายุของสามี ความตั้งใจในการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำ การคุมกำเนิด มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำของมารดาวัยรุ่น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) (x2 = 0.238, 0.532, 0.405, 0.322, 0.650 และ 0.547 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนปัจจัยด้านประวัติการแท้ง ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำของมารดาวัยรุ่น ผลการศึกษาดังกล่าว สามารถนำไปพัฒนารูปแบบหรือกิจกรรมในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่น เพื่อลดปัญหาทั้งตัวมารดาวัยรุ่นและทารกได้ต่อไป
