Abstract

             Mother's death It is an index indicating the health status of the female population of reproductive age and the public health service system. Health Determinants Maternal and Child Health Operations in the Regional health 12, Health Literacy will be considered a great change in the way of working effectively. The objective of this research was to study the maternal mortality prevention pattern in Regional health 12 in the Three Southern Border Provinces. Data was collected by In-depth interviews from experts in public health administration. The research results found that a model of maternal mortality prevention in three southern provinces  in regional  health 12 consist of 9 components: 1) Guiding Direction 2) Strategic Planning 3) Human Resources 4) Operational Standards 5) Risk Management and Critical System Design 6) Proactive and Network Partners 7) Information 8) Knowledge Management/ Health Literacy and 9) Results and Development Process. The results of the research reflect the factors affecting the work to achieve the standard quality and to develop hospital operations and networks to prevent maternal death standards in Regional health 12 in the three southern border provinces.
