The application of local wisdom to improve the community health due to age group among Village Health Volunteers in Vibhavadi District Surat Thani

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the application of local wisdom to improve the health of the community by age group. The sample is Village Health Volunteers in Vibhavadi District Surat Thani Selected by random method. The instruments used were questionnaires, general information, and local knowledge about health knowledge. And a measure of the application of local wisdom to improve the health of the community by age group. Test your confidence by the alpha of Cronbach. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.62 and the cognitive test was 0.87. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. T-test and F-test were used.
The results of the research show that the overall application of knowledge is in the middle. Comparing the variables of sex, age, education, occupation, income, length of stay, and knowledge about local wisdom on health. It is found that the application of knowledge is not different. The variance of the service units under the jurisdiction of different agencies influenced the application of different knowledge. Statistically significant
According to the study, workshops should be organized to develop the potential of applying local wisdom to health in the community and the network. A full community health manager.
