Abstract
A correlational predictive design was used to identify factors affecting the input of non-budget cash balance financial data at community hospital cost centers via any bank in Thailand into the Government Fiscal Management Information System (GFMIS) using Web Online (AC11): A case study of the Samutprakan provincial public health office. The research was conducted using a questionnaire to collect primary data though questions that focused on the areas of achievement motivation, collaboration, and working environment. A stratified sampling method was used to recruit a sample and 99 participants were selected from a population of 912 staffs involved in the input of financial data. Data were analyzed though the use of descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of the survey showed that the important factors affecting the input of financial data were collaboration (Beta = 0.338) working environment (Beta = 0.272) and achievement motivation (Beta = 0.252). All variables statistically significantly predicted 50% variant (adj.R2 = 0.500, p=<0.001).
The report concludes that the successful implementation of new cost centers at the community hospital level is recommended and high levels of collaboration between staff is essential when inputting information into the GF
