Abstract
Nursing practices are essential for developing new nursing knowledge by developing the Routine to Research. Registered nurses should conduct the research in order to develop the new guidelines and nursing practices from nursing problems and they should change their ideas and the ways in the routine nursing practices. Therefore, nurses should develop their thought systematically and reasonably by using quality research processes together with ideal exchange and decision making based on evidence-based. Nurses should value of self-knowledge-building, positive thinking in working-life and receive appropriate support from the manager. The research results should be used for real, published in academic stage or research journal. Once, the research paper is published, the researcher will be accepted and be proud of him/herself leading to the engagement of the nursing profession and it can be beneficial to patients in term of health care services.
