ปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานในจังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานในจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานที่มีอายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 เท่ากับ .64 และสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .77 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 99.99, SD = 17.52) โดยร้อยละ 30.50 มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับต่ำและปานกลาง จำนวนปีที่ได้รับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรสคู่ และอายุ (Beta = .25, .15, -.12; p < .05) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 14.41, p < .001) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ ร้อยละ 10.0 (R2 =.10, Adjusted R2 =.09 และ SEE = 16.69) ดังนั้น พยาบาลและบุคลากรในทีมสุขภาพจึงควรพัฒนาแนวทางปฏิบัติในการส่งเสริมผู้ป่วยเบาหวานให้มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน
