ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ในกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา โดยใช้แนวคิดข้อมูล แรงจูงใจ และทักษะพฤติกรรมของฟิชเชอร์และฟิชเชอร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เยาวชนชายรักชาย อายุ 18 – 25 ปี ที่กำลังศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 จำนวน 100 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เรื่องโรคและการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ อิทธิพลจากคู่นอน เจตคติต่อการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงถุงยางอนามัย อิทธิพลจากกลุ่มเพื่อน ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงสื่อกระตุ้นทางอารมณ์ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองต่อการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น KR-20 เท่ากับ .75 และสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .78, .80, .97, .75, .86, .93, .94 และ .89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อิทธิพลจากคู่นอน ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงถุงยางอนามัย และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองต่อการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ (Beta =.71, .27, -.16) สามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มเยาวชนชายรักชาย ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 61.90 (R2 = .619) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ผลการศึกษานี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดทำแผนและจัดกิจกรรมการต่อรองกับคู่นอน การจัดบริการถุงยางอนามัยให้ทั่วถึงทั้งในสถาบันการศึกษา หอพัก ตลอดจนในพื้นที่อยู่อาศัย และส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์
