ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพร้อมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ของประชาชนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความพร้อมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) และ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพร้อมของ อสม.ในการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อสม.ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 367 คน คัดเลือกโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป ทัศนคติต่อการเป็น อสม. แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้บทบาทด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ความต้องการพัฒนาบทบาทด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก และความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .87, .89, .92, .91 และ .93 ตามลำดับ และแบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน เท่ากับ .85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบหลายขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. อสม.ส่วนใหญ่มีความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 98.00, SD = 22.77)
2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก ความต้องการพัฒนาบทบาท และการรับรู้บทบาทด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก (Beta = .33, .38, .40 และ .43 ตามลำดับ) ดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความแปรปรวนของความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกได้ร้อยละ 36.90
สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัด ควรกำหนดนโยบายในการส่งเสริมให้ อสม. ได้รับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกอย่างต่อเนื่อง และพัฒนาบทบาทให้มีศักยภาพในการใช้การแพทย์แผนไทย การแพทย์ทางเลือก ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นหรือการแพทย์พื้นบ้าน และสมุนไพรเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง ครอบครัว และประชาชนในชุมชน โตลอดจนการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรที่จำเป็นในการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
