บทคัดย่อ
ประเทศไทยกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ซึ่งผลักดันให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทั้งระบบเศรษฐกิจ ระบบสุขภาพ สังคมและการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพนับเป็นประเด็นสำคัญมาก การวางแผนชีวิตวิชาชีพอย่างเป็นระบบเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีสมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพ สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคมและระบบสุขภาพ และประสบความสำเร็จในการประกอบวิชาชีพเพิ่มขึ้น กลยุทธ์สู่ความสำเร็จสำหรับการวางแผนชีวิตวิชาชีพในยุคไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ประกอบด้วย (1) การศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อม (2) การประเมินตนเอง (3) การกำหนดภาพอนาคต (4) การวางแผนสำหรับอนาคต (5) การทำการตลาดของตนเอง และ (6) การนำแผนไปสู่การปฏิบัติและการประเมินผล
