About the Journal
The Siam University Journal of Nursing Science published its first issue (Vol. 1, No. 1) in 2000, with the primary aim of disseminating academic knowledge. In 2011, the journal entered the quality assurance system under the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI). Subsequently, in 2016, the journal developed an online information system and database, transforming into an online journal published biannually. All articles are subject to a peer-review process by 2–3 qualified experts in the relevant academic field prior to publication.

Aims and Objectives
1. To disseminate academic knowledge in the fields of nursing and health sciences
2. To serve as a platform for sharing knowledge, information, perspectives, and experiences in nursing and health science education

Article Scope
1. Health Knowledge and Public Health
Articles in this category may include knowledge, principles, and data related to individual, family, and community health; public health systems and policies; healthcare workforce development; health issues and management.
2. Nursing Science and Nursing Education
This includes nursing knowledge and policies, administration and management in nursing, nursing standards and outcomes, evidence-based practice, nursing innovations, health promotion, disease prevention, specialized nursing care, and nursing case studies.
Types of Articles Accepted
- Research Articles Original studies conducted by the authors in the fields of nursing or health sciences. This includes both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as systematic reviews.
- Academic Articles Scholarly works that review, synthesize, or analyze academic content in nursing or health sciences. This may include literature reviews, theoretical analysis, comparative critiques, or case studies.
Publication Scope
Articles must be related to nursing, public health, health systems, nursing education, or other relevant fields.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts that meet the journal's formatting and quality standards will undergo a double-blind peer-review process by 2 to 3 experts from institutions other than the authors’ affiliations.
