And a chance of repeated bleeding in the abdomen In both patients, surgery was required. The first patient had a rapid pulse before the shock, in the second patient had a shock and was corrected. But it was found that repeated bleeding had to be treated with surgery. And the second most important nursing care was postoperative nursing to prevent complications. In the first patient, continuous use of mechanical ventilation From a lot of blood loss with less oxygen Therefore, nursing care must monitor the oxygen exchange. The two most important nursing care cases at this stage are Assess pain and relieve pain discomfort to the patient. And stimulate ambulation on day 2 to prevent other complications.
