Organizational Factors Affecting Educational Quality Assurance in Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University

Abstract

The  purposes of this study were 1) to study level of organizational factors that affect educational quality assurance,  to study level of educational quality assurance and to study organization factors that affect educational quality assurance.  The research sample were 128 persons in Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University.  Data was analyze using ready-to-use computer program to search for values of percentage, mean, standard deviation,  pearson’s correlation coeffi cient and multiple regression coeffi cient regression equation was raised for predicting dependent variables using method of stepwise multiple regression analysis. study results : Level of organizational factors that affect educational quality assurance in Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University  was seen through the overview at high level of mean.  Level of educational quality assurance in Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University was seen through the overview at high level of mean.  Factors which could be affect to educational quality assurance in Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University were seen only 2 factors including technology factor (X4) and human factor (X1). Two factors can predict 82.9 in educational quality assurance. It could be stepwise multiple regression analysis in the format of unstandardized :  Y  = .929 + 0.472 X 4 + 0.324 X 1 and standardized score :   Z r  =   0.634 Z(X 4) + 0.345 Z(X 1)
