Nutritional status of chronic kidney patientsand nursing

Abstract

Malnutrition is often occurring inpatients with chronic kidney disease and effects to the patients’ conditions. The nursing guide for encouraging the patients to receive sufficient nutrients and energy as body requirement composed of nutritional status assessment, analyzed level of nutritional status, nursing intervention, and monitoring and evaluation.
