Journal of Nursing Science and Health Transparency Announcement
Dear Readers,
It has come to our attention that Journal of Nursing Science and Health has been falsely advertised by a thesis assistance website, claiming that they can guarantee publication in our journal through a “fast track” process. We became aware of this when an international student from a government institution in central Thailand submitted a manuscript for review. Later, the student’s academic advisor contacted us, urging for quick publication and even submitted a “publication confirmation letter.” In reality, the manuscript was still under peer review. Upon examination, we found that the letter was forged, falsely using the name and signature of a journal executive. This is a very serious violation and a clear breach of publication ethics. Therefore, the journal officially rejects the manuscript involved in this falsification. In addition, other submissions from the same institution will be placed under close monitoring. The international student confirmed that they did not create or know about the forged document, especially since it was written in Thai, which they cannot read. However, the advisor and the Thai staff from the institution declined to provide any explanation. We deeply regret this inappropriate and fraudulent act. We would like to reaffirm that J Nurs Sci Health upholds strict academic and ethical standards. We follow a transparent review process at every step and do not offer any fast track or shortcuts to publication.
This announcement is made to ensure clarity and transparency for all. Evidence of Forgery, Number 1 and Evidence of Forgery, Number 2
