บทคัดย่อ

The  study  was  to  examine  the  rate  and  duration  of  hypothermia  in  preterm  infants  in Neonatalcare  unit at  Srinagarind  Hospital, Khon Kaen  . The  sample  was preterm  infants  who  were  admitted, duringMay, 1, 2010 to  August , 31, 2010. Data was analyzed  using  frequency, percentage, and the  Mann-Whitney  U test. The  results  showed  the  characteristics  of  the  study  samples as  follows: gestational  agewas between 24 and 36 weeks ( =30.48);  birth  weight  varied  from 630    to 2540   grams,( =1,288)The  hypothermia  rate  was  92.59 percent. The  duration of  hypothermia was between 45 and 720  minutes(Median=95)
