บทคัดย่อ

รูปแบบการพยาบาลสุขภาพครอบครัวมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (KKU family health nursing model: KKU: FHN Model) ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นจากการสั่งสมองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัว การดูแลสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ และการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนในบริบทสังคมไทยมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง บทความรับเชิญนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตามรอยพัฒนาการและเผยแพร่แนวคิดสำคัญที่นำไปสู่การก่อรูปของ KKU-FHN model ผ่านกระบวนการสุนทรียสนทนาอันเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เพื่อสะท้อนที่มาพัฒนาการ และเอกลักษณ์ของรูปแบบดังกล่าว ตลอดจนศักยภาพในการประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาสุขภาวะครอบครัวและชุมชนไทย
นำเสนอภาพรวมของแนวคิดชี้นำการพัฒนารูปแบบ ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับการมองครอบครัวเป็นหน่วยพื้นฐานของสุขภาพ การค้นหาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของครอบครัว การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างครอบครัว ชุมชน และระบบบริการสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะการเชื่อมโยงการดูแลระหว่างบ้าน ชุมชน และหน่วยบริการสุขภาพอย่างไร้รอยต่อ เพื่อสนับสนุนความต่อเนื่องในการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย
บทความยังสรุปองค์ประกอบสำคัญของ KKU-FHN Model ประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือประเมินครอบครัว กระบวนการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลสุขภาพครอบครัว และผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังในการพัฒนาสุขภาวะครอบครัว ชุมชน และระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิ โดยเครื่องมือประเมินช่วยให้บุคลากรสุขภาพเข้าใจโครงสร้าง หน้าที่ ศักยภาพ และความต้องการของครอบครัวได้อย่างครอบคลุม ขณะที่กระบวนการปฏิบัติการมุ่งส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างครอบครัว ทีมสุขภาพ และภาคีชุมชน เพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืน
KKU-FHN Model นับเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่มีเอกลักษณ์ สอดคล้องกับบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมไทย และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ได้ทั้งในวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและสหสาขาวิชาชีพด้านสุขภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาครอบครัวไทยให้อยู่ดีมีสุข อันสอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพปฐมภูมิของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขและสถาบันพระบรมราชชนกที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศในการดูแลสุขภาพประชาชน ครอบครัว และชุมชน อย่างยั่งยืน
