ผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการูต่อการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ความรู้และพฤติกรรมของพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิด

บทคัดย่อ

การดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการู สามารถช่วยป้องกันการเจ็บป่วยรุนแรง ลดการติดเชื้อ เพิ่มปริมาณน้ำนมของมารดาได้ พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลจึงมีความจำเป็นยิ่งที่ควรมีการรับรู้ สมรรถนะตนเอง มีความรู้ และมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดกลุ่มนี้อย่างเหมาะสม วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการูต่อการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมของพยาบาล วิธีวิจัย: เป็นการศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิด จำนวน 19 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อน กำหนดแบบแกงการู ทดสอบหาค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.95 และ 2) เครื่องมือสำหรับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมของพยาบาล หาค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.90, 0.95 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ และหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะ แห่งตน ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ 0.80 แบบสอบถามความรู้และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม ด้วยค่า Kuder-Richardson 20 (KR-20) ได้เท่ากับ 0.95 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ พรรณนา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ และ สถิติที

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และความรู้ในการดูแลทารกเกิด ก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการู ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ทั้งระยะทันที ระยะ 2 สัปดาห์ และระยะ 4 สัปดาห์ สูง กว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) นอกจากนี้ พฤติกรรมในการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อน กำหนดแบบแกงการูภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ทันที ยังสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ (p < .01)

สรุปผล ควรมีการส่งเสริมการใช้โปรแกรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการูแก่พยาบาล เพื่อให้การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมในการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดแบบแกงการู อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้ทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดได้รับการดูแลที่ดี ซึ่งเอื้อต่อการเจริญเติบโตและ พัฒนาการที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
