คลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่น: ความรู้ที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติสำหรับพยาบาลผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพ

สภาการพยาบาลร่วมกับสำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) ได้ร่วมกันก่อกำเนิด “คลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่น” ให้เป็นหน่วยคู่สัญญาในการให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ครอบคลุมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค สำหรับบุคคลครอบครัวในชุมชน มาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2563 บทความนี้ จึงนำเสนอแนวคิด ความรู้ที่จำเป็น สำหรับการปฏิบัติภาระกิจคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นให้สัมฤทธิผล นอกเหนือจากงานเวชปฏิบัติ คือ การดูแลบุคคลครอบครัวแบบองค์รวมที่ยึดครอบครัวเป็นศูนย์กลางและให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมตามคุณลักษณะการดูแลระดับปฐมภูมิที่ประกอบด้วย สร้างความเชื่อใจ ไว้ใจให้ดูแลด่านหน้า มาพบง่าย มุ่งหมายเบ็ดเสร็จ สำเร็จบูรณาการ ประสานต่อเนื่อง และคุยเรื่องปรึกษา-หารือส่งต่อ รวมถึงได้นำเสนอ กรณีตัวอย่าง การบูรณาการปฏิบัติการตามแนวคิดดังกล่าว เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้สนใจต่อไป
