บทคัดย่อ

Trend of unwanted pregnant among Thai teenagers has been increased dramatically every year. It is now reported as the top caused of maternal and child health problems in Asian country. It affected directly socio
economic and cultural in Thai society. The main problem was lacked of inside knowledge among teenagers such as having unsafe sex while they were in the early age. Moreover, they felt uncomfortable with any kind of sex issues. Therefore, nurses professional have to solve and deal the problems by using all proactive methods among teenagers in the communities or schools including with their parents, teachers and community volunteers. They all need to know and concern with unwanted pregnancy. Thus, it could be decreased the ratio and severity related to unwanted pregnant and will be enhancing maternal and child health.
